Does anyone have any ideas for games? PLEASE dont say oh... a block game or... a racing game. I want to go above and beyond. Not a basic game, and not a hard game to make

These two things are potentially quite at odds with eachother.

What kinds of games have you made already? In what languages? What is your ideal toolset to use for making games?

I haven't made any games yet, I have experimented with some, and I use Unity3D pro
