I have made an bone structure and i wanna Know how I make a dude to have that bone structure. How do I do?

frankly, you dont.
create the dude first, and then make the bones for him, it''s way easier.
if you still want to do it your way, i think you need to tell us what skills you got, and if you''re planning to make it high/low-poly etc.
